    • Geohydrological Study of the Marimla and Calumpang rivers in Bamban, Province of Tarlac for a Due-Diligence Study to address an Eco-Tourism Project for the Clark Development Corp. by an interested foreign investor. The study delineated a proposed wide man-made lake for water-skiing, sites for lakeside manors, six high-end hotels, two-18 holes golf courses (the first a valley golf course, the second a ridge golf course), a townsite area, a water-world resort component, and a monorail system to connect the structures.
    • Sourcing the water requirements of the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority at Sta. Ana, Cagayan Valley for its heavy, medium and light industries, commercial, housing, golf course, international airport, fishport and seaport components.
    • Prepared a Position Paper for the Philippine Banana Growers & Exporters Association on the issues and concerns regarding the possibility of contaminating Davao City’s groundwater from plantation pesticides and Aerial Spraying.

    • Conducted the hydrogeological and geophysical study of the 14,000-hectare Bugsuk Island and 5,000-hectare Pandanan Island in the Province of Palawan for fresh groundwater research for Agricultural Investors Inc. and to locate hidden shallow caves and caverns within the proposed runway / airstrip for jumbo flights.
    • Study of Pesticide Contaminations of two Drainage Systems at the Municipality of Manolo Fortich, Province of Bukidnon
  2. Groundwater and the Environment

Introduced to private enterprises in the Philippines the conduct of Geohydrology coupled with Geophysics for Underground Fresh Water Research and Study of Groundwater Contamination in 1969 in collaboration with the Compagnie Generale de Geophysique of France.

Personally prepared programs of work, supervised field operations, and interpreted about 500 fresh water research projects and about 60 for contamination studies involving saline-water intrusion, pesticide and agricultural chemicals, and natural gas presence.

  3. Operation of Water System

Had more than 2 years experience in the operation of a Water System.

Was awarded the operation of the MERALCO Employees Housing Project in Meycauayan, Bulacan in 1984 – 1986. Project involved the search for leakages, repairs, operation, monthly meter readings, and collection.
